Kouki Blue Steel No.2 Black Finished Small Santoku 150mm American Cherry Handle
Takahiro Hashimoto is a second-generation student of the Tosa Forged Blades School, Kajiya Soseijuku. He became an instructor of the school after his graduation to further hone his skills. He finally realized his dream of becoming an independent artisan last year (April 2025), at a young age of 27.
He primarily uses Blue Steel No. 2 for his knives.
The name Kouki (光貴), which is engraved on the blade, is derived from one kanji character taken from his father's name and the other from his own.
